Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the EmbraLace website processes. It is short because the site collects very little.

What this website does not do

• It has no user accounts, forms or newsletter sign-up.
• It does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• It does not set cookies.
• The size finder runs in your browser. The measurements you type are not sent to us.

Technical data when you visit

Like any website, our server receives technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. The site may be delivered through a content delivery network such as Cloudflare, which handles this data to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse. We use it only to keep the site running securely, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose.

If you email us

If you write to contact@embralace.com, we use your email address and your message to reply to you. We keep the conversation for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of it. We do not share it with anyone else.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram and to Wonderza. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at the address above and we will answer.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu, or the authority in your own country.

When the shop opens

This policy will be extended to cover orders, payments and customer accounts before any of them are offered.
